I work for Welco Manufacturing and helped to develop these products. For the record, they are NOT publications. They are tool and repair materials kits with innovative formats for on-the-job instructions.
Welco licenses the right to apply the world-famous For Dummies brand name to our kits, in order to emphasize to prospective purchasers that the assistance provided is clear, easy-to-implement, and designed for success -- just like the For Dummies books.
However, to reiterate, they are true repair and decorating KITS, not books.
