UDM basketball to host free coaches clinic
The University of Detroit Mercy men’s basketball program is inviting all coaches, men and women, to attend the First Annual Detroit Titans’ Free Coaches Clinic. The event will take place on Saturday, Oct. 25, at Calihan Hall.

The clinic is open to all coaches, from middle school to AAU to college, and will include on-the-court demonstrations by UDM head coach Ray McCallum and members of the Detroit Titans men’s basketball team. They will be joined by Detroit Pistons head coach Michael Curry, former St. Louis and UNLV head coach Charlie Spoonhour, and Wayne State head basketball coach David Greer.

Each speaker will focus on a certain aspect of the game, including man-to man defensive drills, team offensive and defensive sets, and individual skill development.

For more information, please contact the basketball office at (313) 993-1731.
