» Regrets
By Frankie Darcell | Published 11/15/2007 | Community | Unrated  printer version
I was speaking to a group of women recently, and after the presentation they asked me in life thus far what I would do differently, what changes in life I would make, if any, in essence what regrets do I have.

Recently I had an opportunity to spend some time with one of my “good” girlfriends of more than twenty years. A well educated professional woman with a fun spirit and an amazing sense of humor. We arm our homes with the most sophisticated alarm systems to protect our property from would-be criminals who lurk in the night to steal our prized possessions.

» Positive thinking

Have you heard the term, “If God brought you to it, He’ll get you through it”? I often think about my parents and grandparents who appeared to do much more with their lives with much less.

» Sharing your dreams
By Frankie Darcell | Published 09/12/2007 | Community | Unrated  printer version

Do not allow people to hold you back from your greatness to justify their fear.

Often on my radio show I’ve said “be careful of who you share your dreams with.” Some people in your personal circle may not be happy for you as you grow. Be it your personal, professional, spiritual, or financial growth, not everyone will be a cheerleader for your change or success.
