No allowances for omissions or errors of key numbers, addresses, etc. not in original copy.
In the event the Michigan Chronicle and/or The Michigan FrontPage makes an error in production or reproduction of an advertisement, the Michigan Chronicle and/or The Michigan FrontPage reserves the right to re-run a corrected advertisement or adjust the charge made to the account of the advertiser to reflect such error.
The Michigan Chronicle and/or The Michigan FrontPage reserves the right to limit, omit or reject advertising when deemed necessary, and to determine the classification of advertising and the rate applicable thereto.
All orders for advertising space are subject to credit approval. Credit approval takes 7 days and advertisers wishing to insert copy prior to approval must pay 100% of the contracted rate until such time as credit is approved.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Total amount is due and payable within 30 days following publication for credit approved advertisers. For non-credit approved advertisers, the entire amount is due prior to publication date.
It is agreed and understood that delinquent accounts shall be turned over for collection to an attorney when conventional methods fail.
If it becomes necessary for the Michigan Chronicle and/or the Michigan FrontPage to resort to legal action to enforce this contract, it is agreed and understood that attorney's fees and court costs will be added to the awarding of the court in favor of the Michigan Chronicle and/or The Michigan FrontPage.
The Michigan Chronicle and/or the Michigan FrontPage reserve the right to revise advertising rates at any time upon 60 days notice. | | |
