Unknown Substance Thrown Into D-Dot Bus Sends 4 To Hospital

DETROIT (WWJ) – Four people went sent to the hospital after Detroit police say someone threw some kind of substance onto a D-DOT bus.
Police say it happened at Warren and Grandmont, near Southfield Freeway on the city’s west side. They continue to search for the suspect who fled on foot.
It’s not clear what the substance was or if it was harmful.
The conditions of the four people on the bus are unknown.
