Laurence Fishburne’s Daughter Charged In Assault

Montana Fishburne, 19, daughter of acclaimed actor, Laurence Fishburne and recently turned porn star was charged Thursday for allegedly assaulting her boyfriend’s ex-girlfriend with a deadly weapon.

According to TMZ.com, Fishburne was arrested last February after she and her boyfriend, Jerome Greene allegedly barged into the victim’s home, forced her into a bathroom and beat her causing serious injuries.

However, this is not Fishburne's first run in the with the law. Based on court records obtained by E! News, Fishburne was also arrested for prostitution last year in November. On March 19, she was sentenced to two years probation and 15 days of community service in lieu of 15 days in jail.

But according to the court documents, she may have violated her probation after she recently debuted her sex tape, "Montana Fishburne" earlier this week through the popular porn company, Vivid Entertainment.

As part of her probation, the document explicitly states, “Do not offer to engage and do not engage in any form of sexual activity for money or any other consideration.”

Fishburne, who is being represented by Shawn Chapman Holley, whose clientele has included Michael Jackson, Tupac Shakur, Reggie Bush and most recently Lindsay Lohen, pled not guilty to the alleged assault. Greene pled no contest to domestic battery charges.
