			<description><![CDATA[Mr. Mongo is an exception to the rule. In 2001 when the film 8 Mile offered him cash for any business loss as a gesture (negligible since his space's water nor heat was on and the business clearly was not open he chose to NOT work with the producers but rather to hinder the production by scraping the sidewalk with a shovel saying he was clearing his walk. I was on the crew and witnessed him ONLY Scrapping when we were rolling. We faked him out a few times just to prove it to officials and other witnesses. Most business benefit from such filming.
