I'm a Detroiter and have been for over 20 years. Many of us are pushing for reforms at City Hall, but the general electorate is more interested in holding to power rather than dropping their egos. A $10B would be great for Detroit but I would never approve it unless that budget was controlled by a 3rd party that was jointly appointed by Detroit leaders and state/federal appointees.]]></description>
