How to fix the SUPER HIGH tuition problem

@ U.S. Rep. Hansen Clarke and colleagues: As I elaborate in more detail in the 'Facebook' version of my comment (below), please, now that you've nothing to lose, please introduce a bill that -- (A) Returns ALL Standard Consumer Protections to Student Loans; and (B) Eliminates ALL Federal monies from EVER being used to make or guarantee Student Loans (But, grants, in a limited sense, can help, if not overdone to constitute a 'Free Handout' to the RICH university presidents who would simply raise tuition to match increased grant monies.) This would not only cause tuition to DROP like a ROCK (as colleges would realise that students would be unable to afford steep tuition), but it would also please both Democrats & Republicans. ANYBODY >> Please give me just ONE reason why my idea is 'stupid' ... if not, then please ... "Just Do It."

I"m glad that Hansen Clarke hasn't given up hope and will continue to inspire, but I was sorely disappointed that he didn't attend his Victory Party, on Primary Election Day! My husband and I got out of bed and wanted to be supportive for him, but he never showed up. That was no way to treat his supporters!
