			<description><![CDATA[It is unfortunate that those who speak as professionals and experts regarding the quality of educational outcomes know absolutely nothing - zip, zero, nada - about quality in any process. They simply do not have the knowledge required to speak to the issue of quality or assess its presence in any system.. Simply, so called educational experts and pundits at any level are not qualified to speak to quality in education. And until all of the above referenced individuals and groups lose the arrogance and spend some time and effort gaining some profound knowledge about systemic problems, quality practices and variability much of what is being written is a waste of time and energy.]]></description>
