			<description><![CDATA["The hospital needs to implement sensitivity training to heighten cultural competency. Workers should have immediately called the social worker when the father made that request." Calling a social worker in a state of culture shock is not a culturally sensitive thing to do. Discriminating against racists is paradoxical. Black racism is a stigma, but the customer simply made a request about which members of staff he wanted handing his baby. Was the nurse actually denied anything? like pay? benefits? was actual racism present on the part of the hospital? or were they just respecting a family's wishes without prejudice? people are strange. "Meeting the demands of the father compromised the security of the child.[because] ... the staff was willing to give less care to avoid having to provide the family with a black nurse." Im assuming these two sentences are related even though they do not make logical sense. Was the baby not assigned to another nurse?]]></description>
