Signal # 3 - No Date, No Mate: You and your mate used to have frequent date nights and see each other every other day if not everyday, now your friends are seeing more and more of you. Often times, when a person is on the verge of breaking up, instead of going completely cold turkey, they began the break up cycle by weaning off of seeing there mate as frequently. For the person breaking up, it makes the transition to single life or their next mate easier. For the person being broken up with it could be torture.

Even though your song of choice on your next girl’s night out may be Beyonce’s “Single Ladies”, remember that even after a break up there is always some good to be found. First, take some time to mourn your loss, and then celebrate your new beginning. Do this by taking this time to evaluate the signals and reasons why and how your breakup occurred. Finally, find you, love you and remember if not today, love will definitely be on the way!! I would love to hear your thoughts and comments because, hey, it’s just MY perspective.
