Like it or not, President Barack Obama does not mince his words. Perhaps that is why even some of the people who do not agree with him appreciate and respect his candor and approach to issues.
He is not George W. Bush. He does not run his administration like the former president who believed in imposition and confrontation rather than consensus building and engagement.

The media has really outdone itself. Michael Jackson is a legend and his passing certainly merited a huge amount of coverage, but not that much. It was (and continues to be) way over the top, giving new meaning to the word “excessive.”
It is quite possible that Barack Obama and Nelson Mandela — combined!
— would not receive this much media attention and, let’s face it, be exploited to this extent.

Motown Records is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year. Naturally, it is a big deal, especially in Detroit, where Berry Gordy founded the record empire in 1959.
In fact, the building that now houses the Motown Museum, and where Gordy began his assembly line of entertainers on West Grand Boulevard,
