A Cleveland woman has been arrested after surveillance footage caught her driving around a school because she allegedly did not want to wait, Fox 8 reports^[1].

Shena Hardin, 32, appeared in Cleveland Municipal Court on Tuesday and pleaded not guilty to charges of not stopping for a school bus and reckless operation. She was cited on Sept. 11 for the offenses.

The Cleveland Public Schools system claims that Hardin regularly drove on the sidewalk to pass the bus. Determined to stop her, the district called the cops who then set up a sting on Sept. 11.

Video on the bus caught Hardin’s car dangerously pass the entrance of a local day-care as she drove by the bus. But this time the cops nabbed her at the corner and arrested her.

“I was very alarmed we are a daycare and we walk the children down the sidewalk.  And other children are walking to school coming down the street,” said Tonya Butler, daycare worker.

When reporters caught up with Hardin after her court hearing, neither she nor her lawyer had anything to say about the video or her actions.

She didn’t need to. The video said it all.
