“Actually Mitt, that is so true,” Perez says in the video. “All you have to do is look at the statistics and Mitt’s point becomes crystal clear. Hispanics represent 17 percent of the population and account for less than 2 percent of all elected and appointed officials.

“The advantage is obvious,” she adds sarcastically.

While the GOP candidate has been lambasted for his remarks about the “47 percent” (which he later said were misspoken), Perez is the first notable celebrity to satirize the Latino part of the video that was first published by Mother Jones.

NewsOne: Where are you on the campaign trail?

Tracee Ellis Ross: I’m on a little bus in Ohio. I went to Nevada and this is my second trip. Of course the election always happens when I have so much on my plate, but this is so important and I’m willing to show up and fly somewhere and do what it takes if I can be of service.

I actually registered one voter on a campus in Nevada and I remember how exciting it was for me the first time I voted, so

Unacceptable! Koch Brothers Urge Employees To Vote For Romney…Or Else

Koch Industries, the billion-dollar global corporation that is known for converting some of the world’s resources into services that people depend on, sent a mailing to 45,000 of its employees earlier this month on how to vote in this year’s presidential election.  The company’s owners, siblings David (pictured right) and Charles Koch (pictured), who are infamously known for being GOP mega-donors, reportedly informed their Georgia Pacific employees that their livelihood could depend on the 2012 elections and that the company wholeheartedly supports Republican candidate Mitt Romney for president, according to the New York Daily News.[1]

Hillary Clinton: “I Take Responsibility” For Benghazi Terrorist Attack

Hillary Rodham ClintonIf you need an example of “taking one for the team,” read no further than the story below.

Secretary of State, Hillary Rodham Clinton, has taken all responsibility for the terrorist attack in Benghazi that killed U.S. ambassador, Chris Stevens and three others. According to Clinton, President Barack Obama and Vice-President Joe Biden had no way of knowing that a threat was imminent, but that she should have, reports Reuters[1].

“I’m in charge of the State Department’s 60,000-plus people all over the world,” Clinton said in an interview on CNN.

“The president and the vice president wouldn’t be knowledgeable about specific decisions that are made by security professionals. They’re the ones who weigh all of the threats and the risks and the needs and make a considered decision.”

Clinton says that she hopes her admission will avoid the partisan politicizing of the tragic event:

“I know that we’re very close to an election. I want to just take a step back here and say from my own experience, we

The county cemetery, which is a government-sponsored potter’s field for those who cannot afford the expenses of a burial, was recommended to Miller by the hospital where she delivered her daughter Malaysia. ”The hospital convinced me that this was a wonderful place for babies,” she told WMCTV.

Yet when Miller went to visit the burial grounds, she discovered that it was far from what she had been told by hospital personnel.  “I wouldn’t bury my dog there,” Miller lamented. “We saw markers that were scattered out, came out the ground. I mean, how would I identify that this is where my baby is at?”

The young Mom then made the request to have her child’s body removed from the cemetery and turned over to a funeral director.
