The women had just arrived from Georgetown, Guyana, and according to officials, they were fidgeting and appeared uneasy as they approached the airport’s customs checkpoint.  As the pair were patted down by customs officials, the officers allegedly felt bulges in their heads.

The Ignorance Chronicles: Allen West Says U.S. Should Be ‘Angel Of Death’

Allen WestFlorida Rep. AllenHarriet Tubman[1]West proves once again that political position does not equal intellect with statements he made on – of all places — Facebook criticizing President Barack Obama’s speech to the United Nations Tuesday.

“Today, we must affirm that our future will be determined by people like Chris Stevens, and not by his killers,” said Obama to the U.N. General Assembly. “Today, we must declare that this violence and intolerance has no place among our United Nations.”

Apparently, West prefers the bang-bang-shoot ‘em up foreign policy that has fostered such ill-will towards the United States in the first place. The conservative side show said that he would have told the U.N. that America is an “Angel of Death” that will wreak “havoc and destruction” on  U.S enemies, reports Politico.com.[2]

“My statement to the United Nations would have been, ‘The future does not belong to those who attack our Embassies and Consulates and kill our Ambassadors. The Angel of Death in the

Wyclef: ‘Romney Has Completely Lost His Mind, I’m a Huge Obama Fan!’

When news began to spread like wildfire this past summer that recording artist and humanitarian Wyclef Jean (pictured) was all set to perform at the Republican National Convention, it apparently raised the brows of many of his fans…and Jean himself. This week, Jean spoke with Atlanta radio station Majic[1] 107.5/97.5 recently, the former-Haitian to squelch the rumors that he is a supporter of the Republican party.

Jean, who was a staunch Democratic supporter back in 2008, rallied around Barack Obama when he placed his bid in for the presidency. So when news traveled that Jean would be headlining this years Republican National Convention’s “Got Your 6″ event — after country singer Willie Nelson and Randy Travis reportedly bowed out of performing at the festivities — many were left scratching their heads to the artist’s about-face move.

The First Couple made their first appearance together on the popular daytime talk show “The View” on Tuesday. Barack and Michelle Obama (pictured cemter) received a welcoming standing ovation by the studio audience, and as they greeted the five hosts (pictured left to right) of the talk show,  Whoopi Goldberg, Barbara Walters, Joy Beyhar, Sherri Shepherd and Elizabeth Hasselbeck, our President quipped that as the only male on the panel, he was “eye candy.”

Holding a large basket that he brought for Walters who was celebrating her 83rd birthday, President Obama made the basket the brunt of a few jokes about Walters, stating that for her birthday, rather than having her “steal napkins” from the White House, he decided to bring White House keepsakes.

The basket contained knick-knacks, such as White House paper and cloth napkins, M&M candy with the White House logo, Marine One playing cards, and beer, among other goodies.
