Look up the definition of insanity. How change happen when the majority of the people endorse by the Chronicle are either not for change or use language that confuses the average voter.

JoAnn Watson should not get your endorsement. Ms. Watson has had at least 2 terms to have an impact and she has failed. Sweep her out of office. How can you pay $200 a year in property taxes for 10 years and not realize something is wrong. Watson must go!
